Elena is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of experience providing compassionate, culturally responsive mental health care across outpatient, primary care, residential, crisis, and community-based settings. Throughout her career, she has worked with children (ages 7+), adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing a wide range of behavioral health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions. Elena is committed to creating a supportive, collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their healing journey.

Elena has extensive experience conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, facilitating both individual and group therapy, and coordinating care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. She has a strong background in crisis intervention, behavioral health counseling, substance use treatment, relapse prevention, and case management. As a fluent Spanish speaker, Elena is passionate about reducing barriers to care and ensuring individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds have access to meaningful, effective mental health services.
